How does an order work?

Everything about ordering, payment and delivery via !!

Placing an order with mysteryweeds products is as easy as any other order in an online webshop. That is, of course, taken care of. Everyone, with or without experience in online purchases, is able to order cannabis honey, cbdh honey or accessories online at mysteryweeds products. You order your desired products on the site, enter your address details and you can pay the total amount directly online.

I ordered and paid. When can I expect the products?

Your order is, if you have ordered before 6 pm (6:00 pm) evening, prepared the same day by one of the Mysteryweeds employees selected and connected and sent. Your products are immediately made ready for dispatch, after which dispatch follows. As a rule, your order will already be offered to you the next day (if within the Netherlands) where you sign for receipt. Our Belgian customers usually receive their order 2-3 business days after having paid for their order, sometimes this runs up to 4 days depending on the regular busyness at the post.

What should I do if my order has not been delivered within the specified period?

First of all, you can track your order online with the unique tracking code issued by us. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, you will find a delivery note on the bus with a message from the postal company that they will stop by the next day or that you can pick up your mail at the nearest post office. If for any reason you still have questions, please let us know. Don't forget to mention your tracking number in your email.

Suppose I received a wrong order, what is the procedure for resolving this?

In case of a wrong delivery, we invite you to contact us immediately by email,, and we will gladly help you further.

If I have changed my mind and would like to exchange or return it after receiving my order, how can I best do this?

For practical reasons, we have no possibility to exchange or take back ordered products.
